Emily Lambert
CITY BASE: London
I’m a co-founder and director of project MAYA, with a day-to-day role of tweeting, bloging, keeping atop of MAYA's accounts and working on some very cool projects! I'm also in the final stages of my PhD, which looks at how climate change is likely to affect the distribution of cetacean species (whales, dolphins and porpoises), and what this means for conservation and the sustainability of whale watching tourism. My background is mostly academic, and I’m especially interested in inter-disciplinary research and how climate change science can be better communicated. I’m totally inspired by life where people come together to take positive action
